Red, White and Blue Birthday

I made this card to give to a friend for her birthday.  I am going to enter it into Papertake Weekly's: Anything Goes and Tiddly Inks: Red, White and Blue.  Sorry the picture was taken with cell phone, so not the best quality.  She really liked it though.
